illi Dillwale and Pune United won by 4-1 and 3-2 against the Hyderabad Superstars and Rajasthan Titans respectively at the Jio World Garden in the World Pickleball League (WPBL) 2026 tonight.

Hyderabad commenced the opening match in a commanding fashion, with Seone Mendez prevailing 23-9 over Alejandra Lopez. However, it was a clean sweep for Dilli since then, ensuring a massively dominant victory especially in men’s singles when Vinh Hien Truong defeated Marcello Jardim by 26-9.

Trang Huynh alongside Mihae Kwon ensured that Dilli clinched the tie in the women’s doubles game, which was the fourth of the clash, as they edged past the duo of Kaitlynn Hart and Mendez by a slender margin of 10-8.

Later in the evening, Pune United engaged in a rather invigorating face off against the Titans.

The marquee match of this tie was when Balint Bako took on Jack Foster in men’s singles.

Foster, star of Bengaluru Jawans’ title win last year, ended up short by 11-29, as Bako clinched the match to tilt the game 2-1 in Pune’s favour.

A loss in the following women’s doubles match led to the tie going right down the wire in men’s doubles, where Indian star Vanshik Kapadia and Mateusz Matysik defeated the duo of Naveen Beasley and Trinh Linh Giang by 10-6.

What’s next for both teams?

Hyderabad Superstars and Dilli Dillwale will play Mumbai Pickle Power and Pune United on February 2 and February 3 respectively. Rajasthan Titans will also face Mumbai on February 3.

Brief Scores

Hyderabad Superstars 1 – 4 Dilli Dillwale
